The Harvard Square Holiday Fair will take place this year at 50 Church St, Cambridge on two consecutive 3 day weekends: Dec 10-12 and Dec 17-19.
The space is just below street level on Church St, and is handicap accessible.
To Apply
You may apply for one or both of the fairs. Since you may not be accepted for all of the fairs you apply for, please let us know
your first and second preference. You must attend all days of each fair to which you have applied. That is, you cannot attend
for just a few days of any fair, or for half-days.
Please download the application and return it by mail with the appropriate payment. We need to see images of your work
and your set-up, therefore new applicants should email 4 images of your work PLUS a booth shot. You can email them to: harvardsquareholidayfair@gmail.com.
If you have done the fair before it is not necessary to send in images unless you have new items, but NEW APPLICATIONS
will not be considered without images.
Deadline
Due to time constraints, we will begin jurying the fair as soon as applications start arriving, so please apply asap.
We will let applicants know as quickly as possible if we have a space for them.
The cost of a space is as follows, depending on booth size:
12 ft wide x 6 ft deep - $120 per day x 3 = $360 for either Dec 10-12 or Dec. 17-19
10 ft wide x 10 ft deep - $132 per day x 3 = $396 for either Dec 10-12 or Dec 17-19
If a different booth size is desired, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Due to the high risk of the Delta variant, we are requiring that our vendors be vaccinated, so please only apply if you
will be able to prove that you are fully vaccinated by the time of the fair. During set up and fair operation hours we will follow
state mask mandates for indoor public spaces.
Deposit
Payment is accepted by checks /money orders made out to CHRISTMAS CRAFTS CO-OP.
Payment will returned if you are not accepted. .
NEW VENDORS must include full payment with the application.
RETURNING VENDORS must include a deposit of $50 for each fair. The balance is due on the first day of each fair.
