Harvard Square Holiday Fair

To Apply


You may apply for one, two, or all three of the fairs. . Since you may not be accepted for all of the fairs you apply for, please let us know your first , second and third preference. You must attend all days of each fair to which you have applied. . That is, you cannot be there for just a few days of any fair, or for half-days.


Please download the application and return it by mail with the appropriate payment. We need to

see images of your products and your set up. You can email them to: harvardsquareholidayfair@gmail.com OR send hard copy with your application.

If you have done the fair before it is not necessary to send in photos unless you have new items, but NEW APPLICATIONS will not be considered without photos. Send an SASE if you want your materials back.


Deadline

June 16 , 2019- All applications received by June 16th will be juried together, and late applications will be considered only after those which have arrived by the jury date have been decided on. Applicants who have submitted by the first jury date will be notified by July 16th if they have been accepted. Though the first jury date is June 16th, we will continue to accept applications until each fair has the right mix.

Cost

  • 8ft wide x 8ft deep $96/day
  • 8ft wide x 10ft deep $108/day
  • 10ft wide x 8ft deep $120/day
  • 10ft wide x 10ft deep $132/day
If another size booth is desired, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Deposit

Payment is accepted by checks /money orders made out to CHRISTMAS CRAFTS CO-OP.

Payment will returned if you are not accepted. .

  • NEW VENDORS must include full payment with the application
  • RETURNING VENDORS must include a deposit of $50 for each fair. The balance is due on the first day of each fair.

Advertising

In addition to our radio spots, print advertising, and social media presence, we offer vendors postcards to send via their mailing lists and flyers to hand out at other shows. We will also have an electronic postcard available for email lists. Please indicate on the application how many of each you would like to have.
